SHEER KORMA

Preperation time-15 mins
Cooking Time- 20 Mins
Serves-4

Ingredients:

4 tsp butter
200 ml water
40 g cashew nuts
300 g sugar
100 g vermicelli
40 g almonds
1 tsp cardamom powder
40 g dates chopped after removing the seeds
1.5 litre milk

Preparation:


Fry the cashew nuts in half the butter in a frying pan until they turn a light golden brown.In the remaining butter fry the vermicelli till it turns golden brown.

In another pan prepare a sugar syrup by dissolving sugar in the water over low heat.

Now boil the milk until the quantity is reduced to half.. Then add the fried vermicelli to the milk and cook.

Add the sugar syrup and cook until the milk thickens.

Add cardamom powder and garnish with fried nuts and dates.
